Learning Ellen Meredith’s Chakra “Track and Balance” technique has raised my experience of what is possible with Eden Energy Medicine. The results I have seen immediately following "Track and Balance" sessions have left me amazed, appreciative and sometimes shocked with delight! For instance, this past winter I was dealing with a bizarre skin condition that was causing pain all over my body. Pain night and day, and it didn’t respond to nutritional supplementation, more sleep, water, or any Energy Medicine I was doing.
